If the floor is definitely dry, yes
Dust sheets?
Or time to bite the bullet?
(as in its going to get messy. It’s the messy room after all)
Might as well let it dry for a few days and do the other side next Saturday
There must be shelves or somethings that can be put up today.
Or dress in black and weep next to the laser cutter. Both are important.
Snug pile triage
Cleaning & tidying of dusty room in prep for floor oil
Fire exit door frame trim (and gap filling)
i’ll be wearing my black armband for you @peter_hellyer
Courty
Would be good to keep the back right corner clear and free for the laser cutter and maybe even take it through to there.
Please be very careful not to bash it or move it suddenly as it’s got sensitive optics inside.
Tidying sounds sensible.
Shelving sounds fun!
There’s loads to do in dusty room.
Plasterboard needs filling and sanding. Hardboard needs priming, then painting
There’s pointing of the wall needed in clan room.
I believe filling and sanding meets snugly with my skill set. Deal!
Do we have something to prime the hardboard with?
If so where is it? (This also seems like a good idea to do given the drying theme going in in that room)
Yes, I meant MDF. We have MDF primer.
Floor looks great and is touch dry!
So it’s not dry enough then yet?
Dry for light use. Might give it a bit more time before piling stuff on top of it. But fine to walk on.
Do u know where?
Yes…not too far away.
Helene and Paul have already primed the MDF and it’s looking good. Fred and Paul now sanding the first fill of the plasterboard…
How did it go last night?
