Location needed

Hi,

I am wanting to find a venue to open a specialist yoga studio in south east London. My ideal location would be the Bath Factory Estate 41 Norwood Road in Herne Hill but no arches seem to be available. I would be open to other places in the area though. Can anyone help? Iā€™m not sure where else to look.
