hello, does anyone have any tips as to why the laser cutter is not cutting through acrylic? I have checked all the settings and it is only cutting half way through and the laser is ‘pulsing’?

I’ve found I sometimes get “pulsing” when printing from inkscape using a resolution of 500dpi(?) or above. That setting appears on the Trotec print settings window, near where you can choose the colour mode, etc.

If you need a speedy response to your laser queries please use @lasertechs in the post. 
I have run a test cut through 10mm acrylic with no problems. I bet it’s down to your material settings.
Set the print preferences as they are on the tools set on discourse and recreate you material settings using the info sheet as a guide and try again.
