Is there any CPU thermal heatsink paste?

Is there any CPU thermal heatsink paste?
If not, I’ll donate some when I get it?

I think there was a syringe of it in a glass mug on one of the electronics benches as recently as September, when I last remember seeing it. It could still be there.
