Guys, phase one is in a complete state. Please set a finishing time in advance, then stop working 30m before that time so you can tidy up, rather than working till you drop.
Cheers.
I’m sympathetic to this. What I would say is that right now there’s not a great deal of wiggle room whilst the floor is going down. We’ll try and be responsible, and agree we can do more, but until floor is down we’re limited. Shiznit gots to goes someplace.
Sorry about the grumpy tone there btw. Was a bit of a shock when I popped by, especially compared to how it was when I last saw it!
There are so many tidy threads to choose from, I like this one as it has a solution in the title.
Today I popped in for a 5 min ‘I need a vice to hold this’ moment. I spent 5 mins sweeping and tidying the vice area to u do a stiff nut.
Yes. I’m whining. It it ain’t cool And it’s not a one off. Last month I spent 25 mins sorting, untangling and tidying the soldering bay to solder 3 wires.
I’m a huge fan of leaving something cleaner than when you found it… I would love to understand how to encourage others to do the same?
Hi all, some of us don’t mind having a bimble around and a bit of a tidy when im there and giving the workshop a once over and a bit of a dusting. and some of us really try our best to keep things as it should be
during the wood workshop inductions we say to clear up a bit more mess than you make ! … if only!
