Hong Kong workshop culture

I know I’m not the first member of the space to visit Hong Kong recently, but I thought people might like to see a couple of pictures of local workshops which are still doing good business on the streets there. The one which stood out for me was the printers - in an open fronted shop barely six feet deep, with a Heidelberg press! I must have passed dozens of machine shops, boot and bag repair places, market stall tailors and of course metric tonnes of the ubiquitous bamboo scaffolding held together with plastic packing strip (which looks like an art form in and of itself).
