Hi Paul. I’m okay at puttings pcs together but I would like to learn how to do more general stuff with electronics etc. Right now I’m trying fix a hard drive. I’ve bought the replacement pcb but apparently I’m supposed to swap the bios chip which is a little beyond me right now as I’ve never done anything like that before and need a heat gun.

There is a hot air rework station in the space that you can use to remove and replace surface mount components.

Thanks that sounds fantastic. Is there anyone that could do it for me or at least look over me as I’ve never done this before and have dyspraxia.
