Hi all,

Long time geek, first time visitor thanks to the Open Day.

I’ve been an IT professional for donkeys years and been involved with open source and hackathons etc for a long time.

I would love to be involved with a local hackspace after having helped setup a couple in East London several years ago.

I’m particularly interested in Electronics, Robotics and AI, and am actively dabbing with locally hosted Large Language Models!

I know enough coding to be dangerous. :wink:

I also have a bit of interest in Zines and Printmaking since my interest in Tabletop RPGs has sparked an awareness of DIY TTRPG Zines in interesting formats including Pocketmod. Recently visited a museum in Loughborough where I was given a insight into the original production process for Ladybird Books.

Looking forward to hanging out and hacking away on stuff.
