I’ve been to a couple of open evenings over the last few months and recently decided to join the group. I’m not sure if my first DD has gone out, if anyone could let me know that would be great.
I love making things especially from wood, but I am keen to learn more about laser engravers, 3D printing etc.
Basically I have out grown my home workshop (it’s my loft!) and would like access to more sophisticated hardware as well as meeting people with similar interests.
The projects I am currently involved with are cool wooden toys for all the couples we know that are having children. I’m also keen to learn more about CE marks for such products. It would be great to meet any current members who may have experience on such matters.
I look forward to getting involved with the community.
