I came to an open evening some time at the end of last year, and decided to join, but it’s taken me until now to sort it out…
I’m a member of Demand Energy Equality, we do workshops to teach people how to build their own solar panels. We have our own small workshop space in Lewisham that we can use for small electrical jobs, but I’m loving the range of tools available here. I’ll be mostly looking to use the wood shop and the laser cutter, with maybe a bit of occasional metalwork.
If anyone’s thinking of working on a project that involves solar power or battery banks, give me a shout - I’d be happy to help out.
