Better get that fuse… although it’s not measuring voltage properly…what does that say?
those binding posts for connecting the test leads appear alright in the photo but might be worth seeing if they actually contact the pcb properly still. i would suspect someone has blown it up a bit at some point if it’s been in the space for a while though.
when i was a teenager I left a meter on current mode and proceeded to connect it to the mains directly. was quite a scary bang. lol
beyond that not sure to be honest.
