| 1 | Unlikely — exposure rarely or never occurs under normal use |
| 2 | Possible — exposure may occur occasionally |
| 3 | Likely — exposure occurs regularly under normal conditions |

### Severity Rating

| Score | Description |
| --- | --- |
| 1 | Low — minor, reversible effects; first aid only |
| 2 | Medium — significant harm; medical treatment required |
| 3 | High — serious, irreversible harm or death |

### Risk Score = Likelihood × Severity

| Score | Risk Level | Action Required |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 1–2 | **Low** | Acceptable; monitor and review |
| 3–4 | **Medium** | Improve controls where reasonably practicable |
| 6–9 | **High** | Work must not proceed until adequate controls are in place |

**Initial (Uncontrolled) Risk Score**

| Likelihood (1–3) | Severity (1–3) | Risk Score | Risk Level |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| | | | |

## 7. Control Measures

Feel free to discuss this below. This was majorly an ai generated template and may have some areas which are not needed or can be adjusted thoug I think is generally in track. I would maybe add the addition of the symbols for some visual identification. Also the WEL’s may not be fully required due to the nature of the space. (Anything that is that harmful enough to require a short term exposure limit assessment I probably would allow in the space personally.)
