You are right but you also could not know how cheap the taps are , used one the other day and it constantly felt like it was going to snap more like 1/8 of a turn forward and one back

Hello Joe,

I see. I think if I were in your position Iā€™d just buy taps and dies singly to make up your own set. Often the sets that you buy at value prices do not include split dies, which are the best type to have.

Thanks i have my own set but the spaces set are horrible. But eill replace when people have learned to use them
