Sharing my first CNC project I designed and got cut at www.hubworkshop.com earlier this year… it took me a while to figure out how to join and assemble it in the wood workshop.

Looks really cool.

Did you build a rectangle out of sacrificial wood to make sure you had it all placed correctly before gluing & screwing, or do it by eye?

Either way, very well done.

Thanks, it’s held together with dowels, spacers and glue. I managed to get the wholes for the dowels drilled accurately enough to not need a sacrificial wood rectangle… but it probably would have made life easier as it is slightly out of square here and there.
