Closing the shutters

I am trying to close the shutters, at first they went up instead of down, now it just beeps at me. Tried the e stop, tried the green button, and ideas?

I had this happen to me a while ago,if the shutter went up it some times has a bit of a glitch. make sure the red is pulled out then hit the green button then keep your tag on the reader until down ( I hope this will fix it ) Brian D=
