Can’t log in?

Hi
I went through the application process yesterday. Activated the membership listed my name and address and supplied an emergency contact. I am unable to log in it says the email is unknown. Is this normal. Or has something gone wrong? I haven’t paid because I am on a list until I am offered full membership. But am I on the list or waiting in vain due to computer cock up?

I’ll check later. We are transitioning membership systems so make sure you’re logging in on the one in the link you received, rather than our public website

Your account is all set up and looking good…not sure what’s happening here. Can you try again and send us a screenshot?

https://members.southlondonmakerspace.org/ check your email is all in lower case and no white space (can happen when copy/pasting address in)

I’ll send out an email in the morning with the next steps to full membership

Right I followed the link again. This time it said I was already logged in. So I logged out and tried to log in by following the link and by the website. I have sent the screenshots. It’s probably me. I am not particularly tech savvy.

As you’ve already activated your account you should only need email and password to login
It looks like you’ve followed the link in the activation email (which has pre-populated the activation code), so have a go directly at https://members.southlondonmakerspace.org/
