Belt Sander or amazing advice

Does anyone have either

  • a hand belt sander I could borrow for a day
  • advice on another way of removing massive splodges of hair dye off a cheap Ikea pine table.

I don’t mind what colour the belt sander is…

The dye is dark brown. Its quite disconcerting dark brown stains on a dining table

I heard that green belt sanders are the best. Just saying

That might have gone quiet deep, I would try a orbital first as a belt would just eat ikea wood.
