I’d be interested in the temperature control side of things.
Also, if there is going to be any stainless steel welding would love to see it happening.

Yeah I’d love to I’ve been brewing for 5 years or so, our last flat we had to get rid of all our kit though as we didn’t have the room 
London beer lab are great for supplies in brixton
I would like to get into full grain my last beers were brew in a bag.
