Hi @directors, I’ve signed up and paid my membership fees, however, I’ve forgotten my password to my original username, and the forgot my password doesn’t seem to send a new password. My email address is m†*****@gmail.com and I would also like to associate the Fob which touched in at 20:19 with my account if possible?

Hi Marcel,
I’ve hidden your email, and will check what I can on the membership system.
There are two unregistered fobs swiped only minutes apart which makes it dicey to associate one with your account. If you’re still there it would clear things up if you swipe again and let us know the time.

I am looking to do the same and might be able to clear things up as I received my fob at a similar time (yesterday 5th Apr @ 20:42). I tried adding that code to the membership tag on my account, but it seems that’s not the correct thing to be doing. Please, could you point me in the right direction or also add my fob to my account.

Ok, nevermind. I just received a membership code only 5 minutes ago!
Marcel is the first of those two touch ins, the other is the new sign up from open evening, hopefully he posts soon
