Blimey!

We warned them during the week that we had an event, and would need the space: and they were totally on board.

Meant to clear up the outdoor space a bit better…ran out of time.

I forgot to leave the gazebo. But looks like you don’t need it?

Good. I’ve got a pizza oven to unload!

How’s it going?

It’s calm and quiet and purposeful. @Courty is holding court on IoT, @emuboy is fiddling with a lunch box on tracks…

Just did a quick video of the projects showcased yesterday: https://youtu.be/BZ9HHpylwO8 (for now unlisted on youtube). I tried to avoid filming members as much as possible, let me know if it’s ok to share. We also have a flickr gallery here: https://www.flickr.com/photos/visionontv/albums/72157678740904754

I’m really happy from the outcome of the Arduino Day , this kind of events boost the SLMS visibility , a lot of people came in during the weekend just to check “what is this place” , possibly some of them are going to sign up or follow up , we got some interesting contact for some projects and collaborations, the wonderful weather helped a lot

I want to thanks @Courty for be there yesterday, make the workshops and help everyone with patience and competence, thanks to @RichM for feeding us with his great oven , @Iain9986 to be there all the weekend to help and all the other which I’m forgetting to mention now!

I loved to be part of this and I will love to be part of the next events , Thank you @everyone for making the SLMS a great community

I was really looking forward to joining/witnessing the great activity in the Makerspace over the weekend… But spent two days in bed with the flu instead. Boo.
Nonetheless, it’s been great to read about all the collaboration that went into making arduino weekend happen, and see the fantastic images. A massive thank you to everyone who made it happen. I can’t wait for 2018!

MOAR ROBOTS FOR 2018!
