I’d like to thank the @Wood-inductors team for all the work they have been doing getting members inducted. Speaking for myself it’s let me spend time on figuring out the maintenance schedule and other long-term tool fixes for the wood shop and been a huge help. I can’t remember us ever having this many basic inductions in such a short space of time.

I’m giving kudos to Ni ( @sdsefwseghtqfg ) who keeps fixing random electronics stuff, and this time it was air dryer for 3d printer filaments. Previous time it was improving the range of door tag reader.
Because sometimes small stuff goes unnoticed, when it just works how it’s should without fires, explosions, severed limbs and worse, three month downtime

Want to give a thanks to (I’m 95% sure this is the right person) @CriticalTolerance for helping myself and @iarmishaw with a table top we were working on in the woodshop the other weekend, helping us use the drum sander and table saw made the task much easier and the result much better

@Freedom … what a guy! Peters efforts to feed the members of MS has not gone unnoticed. I asked how its done so that days when Peter is not in, it can still be a thing. I appreciate you, Peter, as im sure many members do.
@Lia … a relatively new member that nearly everyone has become acquainted with. Lia is a powerhouse of knowledge and consistently helps others to achieve their goals. Lia can help people with most sections of MS, a tech marvel, Lia often leaves me astounded at her knowledge base. I really enjoy our banter, and ‘walks’. I appreciate you, Lia.
@Amit_Kohli one of our boldest, sometimes outspoken, long standing members, who seemingly adores helping others. Ive seen many times, Amit building up others with encouragement and skill building. He’s got amazing man hugs [for big softies like me], and goes the extra mile to help others. I always look forward to seeing/hearing Amit in the space. I appreciate you, Amit.
@VintageSteel Dave, works to exhaustion often. Selflessly helping others in the metal shop. A naturally adorable human with a calm and helpful manner, Im always looking forward to seeing Dave. I appreciate you, Dave.
@Destom MS would be the same without Stevens laughter. Helping out with inductions on the fly, and always speaking up for the underdog, Steven has shown consistently a well balanced approach on how to maintain a community space whilst considering everyone. I appreciate you, Steve.
@mbg Max has always been very approachable and helpful in the woodshop. He works hard to keep things ticking over and has shown and shares great woodworking skills. Also, thanks for the tie dye t’s to look at! I appreciate you, Max.
@Jem Jeremy is a straight talking electro whizz. He has helped me massively with my LED projects and i have to assert that i simply wouldnt be the LED man I am today without Jems help. I appreciate you, Jem.
@samj my new friend at MS. Sam has extensive electronics knowledge and is keen to share that knowledge, almost daily at MS. Thanks Sam, for all your help recently, I appreciate you.
MS is the best place that I’ve found so far for hive mind thinking. There are others who are always keen to help, you know who you are, I appreciate you!

It’s been a long time coming but I would like to thanks @James_Nahajski for his tireless patience and for dedicating a whole evening of his precious time helping me make this part on the mini CNC.
He is a real savant when it comes to his knowledge and experience with this machine. I learned so from him and am eternally grateful. Thanks James

On a similar note, a special thanks to our basic woodshop inductors for running a number of sessions lately and keeping our waiting list moving. It’s a tremendous help, and the woodtecha are very lucky to have a team who can help spread the work of getting members onboard.
