Hey everyone,

I’m really keen to learn how to design board games from scratch, but I’m a bit overwhelmed by where to start.

I’m looking for some advice on the best ways to study the craft. Are there any specific books, design blogs, or video series you’d recommend for learning game mechanics and balancing?

If you’ve made a game, did you start with the laser cutter for tokens, 3D printing for minis, or just basic card printing?

Cheers
