Russ, who hired the space last year, left a box and a mic stand behind. He’ll be passing by next Friday and would like to pick up his stuff. Will anyone be there to let him in?

Russ’s stuff is in the Snug, directly in front of you as you go through door from phase 2.
The mic stand has a printed label, possibly with his name on it. Everything was left together, but this was a couple of weeks ago…
So it might be a bit buried…
