If we can borrow next door’s that would be easier, if not I can go get my friends one tonight.
How many burgers will we need? Around 30? I’m in Herne Hill now and could ask the nice butchers if they’re do us a deal on a large quantity. Their burgers are really good.

Yeah we should be able eat that many. There’s always the freezer, or people can take some home if they don’t all get taken

Just to check - you’ve bought cocktail stuff rather than food? I’m in Sainsbury’s now and getting sausages, sausage & burger buns, some veggies & dips & charcoal.

Would there be space to set up my virtual reality gear do we think? Needs about 3x3m clear floorspace.
Maybe we can put a few of the creative space tables in the wood shop? Based on this weather forecast we will need some space inside. And I would love to try the vive out
