Acticating door fob

Hello @directors.

I picked up my door fob yesterday and touched in at 19.54. Could I get it activated please?

I look forwards to being a part of the makers space! Thanks

Hi Ania,

I’m afraid there’s no record of a touch-in at that time. It either failed to register with the reader, or you’ve got a broken fob (there are usually a handful in each bag).

Please come back to the space and try again. Another member will be able to check the activity log to see if your fob is working. If it’s not, then throw it away and take another one.
