# Account issues

Hi!

I’ve been a member for quite some time but now would like to start using the space. However, I think there may be an issue between my SLM account and discourse account not linking? As I can’t see the inductions option?

Would it be possible to get some assistance with this? I’ve emailed [directors@southlondonmakerspace.org](mailto:directors@southlondonmakerspace.org)

Hi Lauren,

Looks like you didn’t have an account here on Discourse when you signed up as a paid member. I’ve linked up your accounts now, so you should see everything you’re supposed to see. And I’ve sent you the standard welcome message with instructions for getting on induction waiting lists, and picking up a key fob.
