17th of February , Electronics Benches TLC

(Andrea Campanella) #1

Sunday 17th of February we will be cleaning the electronics benches, from 10 o’clock onwards.

During that time the electronics benches will not be available.

The big table will probably be cluttered and possibly unusable.

There is going to be dust.

Please, remove any personal material/object form the table, otherwise will go in the bin.

Any material/instrument/object which is considered useless, redundant or not with the space occupied will be stored away, returned (if is been loaned) or thrown away at discretion of the present @electrotechs.

Stuff in the bins doesn’t come back on the tabe.

Can someone add it to the calendar please?

(Dermot Jones) #3

I’ve added it to the calendar

Two questions:

  • Are you welcoming volunteers to help with this on the day?
  • Will there be pizza?

(electrotech) #4

I will come in as well.

(Andrea Campanella) #5

I wasn’t expecting volunteers. They are welcome, of course and we can have pizza, yes

(Andrea Campanella) #6

Sadly, due to family problems I will not be in England for the next 2 weeks and… honestly I don’t know how long.

I’m planning to go back on this later.

Very sorry about it.

(electrotech) #7

I hope everything works out. Best wishes

(Dermot Jones) #8

Hey @emuboy take care, and best wishes

(David Santoro) #9

@emuboy I saw that you are back at the space. Does it mean that it’s TLC time?
I’d love to help, the benches are a mess!

(Andrea Campanella) #10

Every day should be bench TLC,by everyone who use it and what to clean it . It shouldn’t be a special date only when I’m around.

I will probably schedule another major cleaning soon, possibly in 2 weeks.

(David Santoro) #11

I just need to be part of a major one first, because I’m not that familiar with the space. After that I’ll become the tidyiness police… I really struggle working in such a mess :frowning:

(Andrea Campanella) #12

Fair enough, I will work out a date
