Vintage Radio

I’ve got an old value radio that’s in working condition.

I’ve bought an FM / Bluetooth (car) tuner.

So you would connect your phone to the Bluetooth device and tune the radio to the FM signal being transmitted by the device.

It works quite well, but there is a lot of feedback / interference.

Any one know if there are ways to improve this or if using another frequency like LW or MW would make things better or worse?

I have four bandwidths according to the knob on the radio. I can guess what the last three are but wasn’t sure what the first one is:

G L M FM

Depends how old I guess G could be for tuning into other bands as in General or there is a NATO band called G. Another name for short wave maybe?

What frequencies does the dial show for that mode?
