London decompression decoration space

Hi,

I’m looking for a space for a group of volunteers to be able to make an quite big event decoration.
It is for London decompression (after burning Man event)
It’s a non profit event, all the designers and workers are volunteers. and all the tickets money goes to a charity.

There will be different materials used, but nothing related to inflammable or dangerous materials.

If someone could let me know who to talk to, as we have only 2 weeks left, and it’s a quite big project!

Thank you very much!!!

Hakim

Tagging the @directors could help

More information needed before anyone can say yes or no. How big is the project? What’s it made of? What tools so you need? How long will it take? etc. etc.

Hi Tom,

you an idea.

The event theme and not team (sorry for the misspelling)

I have to say this feels too big. Our “messy” room, which would be suitable for these kinds of activities is only 9x4.5m and it’s half full of furniture and random junk (apologies to all random junk owners!). And of course it’s regularly used by our members for their own projects.

You’re welcome to drop by the space some evening (there’s usually someone in) to see for yourself, but I think you’ll find there just isn’t enough space.

That’s my feeling too. Have you tried LHS?
