Well, thanks Dermot for what turned out to be a rather easy conversion.
Just needed to shorten the chassis, reposition the controls and remove the belt. Used the rubber handgrips to make the rollers less non stick.
Now I need to work out how to make the fire extinguisher open and close without getting in the way of the rollers so I can get tumbling medium and parts in and out.
