I was hoping to get access for the shutter as my fob only works on the door at the moment.

By the way, how does the vouching process work? Where do the existing shutterers make their vouching known?

One way would be for two shutterers to message a trustee about it.
We could come up with something more complex in future?
When the membership/discourse integration happens, we will be able to have a very simple system for identifying shutterers and getting their approvals. Until then its all a bit ad hoc.
